First measure, then decide.

No pipework, no interruptions, no changes to the system you already have.

How it goes

1

Survey

We connect to the building's own equipment and read how the heating, water and ventilation behave. Where the survey is missing a sensor we add it, the district heating return for example. The first two weeks are usually enough to say what is worth doing. The device stays in the building, and the measurement continues if that is agreed.

2

Report

The report carries the interpretation of the measurement and a work list. Which setting, in which direction, in what order, and where you will see whether it made a difference. The work list is a tool for whoever makes the adjustment, and it works in any contractor's hands. The report also says so if there is nothing to fix.

After the survey

Vahtii stays in the building!

You get a report four times a year. Either everything is in order or something was found to fix. Vahtii also says where there is still saving to be had and what is worth doing.

Price and report

The price is fixed and does not depend on what is found. The person measuring has no incentive to find faults.

The report is yours. It is usable in any contractor's hands, and that is the intention.

If you want Vahtii to carry out what the report leads to, that is a separate agreement, and you decide after you have read the report.
