Automate the savings, the reports and the alerts.

Vahtii sensors and the building's own automation talk to a Vahtii Gateway. Its software produces the local adjustments and the analysis. The data travels over an encrypted private network to vahtii.cloud for further analysis and AI. All of it happens in Finland.

The same view on a phone and in a browser. Sites, alerts and the latest measurements on one page.

Spaces

Every space's temperature, consumption and device state on one page. Reception, the manager and maintenance see the same thing.

Spaces are grouped by floor, and the colour says there is a deviation before you have read the number.

Time travel

The timeline shows any moment. Drag the slider to six on Tuesday morning and see whether the flat of the resident who complained was cold.

History is kept for two years by default. The period is configurable.

Alerts and reports

An alert goes out when a measurement crosses an agreed limit. Reports arrive by email on their own; nobody has to go and fetch them.

A rule is written once: which measurement, which limit, for how long and to whom.

Creating an alert rule: measurement, limit, duration, severity and recipients.
An alert rule: over 25 °C for thirty minutes.

Who sees what

Views and access are defined at space level and inherit from the building down. A service company can be given one building without seeing any other.

Where the data is

Every service runs in Finland. No data is moved outside the EU.

Every customer is a deployment of their own with a database of their own. Sites are not run in a shared database and cannot be mixed.

The sensors are not on the internet, and traffic between the gateway and the server is not publicly visible.

Where a site may have no connection out at all, the whole system can run inside the building's own network. An air-gapped deployment is possible.
